General Exchange Policy

We no longer accept refunds or returns. However, we offer exchanges subject to the conditions below.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request an exchange, please contact us and provide your order details.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition (unworn, in the same condition it was delivered, with no make-up stains, and no perfume).

The order will be inspected before we approve the exchange. Please allow 2-4 working days for the inspection process.

If the exchange process is denied, the item will be sent back to you and a shipping fee will be applicable. Please refer to our Orders and Delivery page.

Damaged and wrong order fulfillment will be exchanged and delivered free of charge once we approve the exchange.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

To cancel or make a change to your order, kindly contact us. Once an order has been delivered or dispatched, we cannot accept any request to cancel or return. Please follow the exchange process within 7 days of receiving your order.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDERS

If the order is damaged or if you received the wrong order, please follow the exchange process within 7 days of receiving your order.
